AGC MA Anchor Program Orientation
The AGC MA Anchor Program Orientation is designed to equip designated representatives from member firms—known as Anchors—with the tools and insights necessary to serve as effective liaisons between their organizations and AGC MA. This initiative aims to deepen the connection between AGC MA and its member firms by embedding Anchors as primary points of contact.
Orientation Overview:
Role Clarification: Anchors will gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities, which include acting as the direct contact for AGC MA programs and events, encouraging and supporting colleagues to participate in opportunities, and reviewing and promoting relevant committees and initiatives within their firms.
Resource Familiarization: The session will introduce Anchors to the full spectrum of AGC MA resources, ensuring they can effectively disseminate information and opportunities within their organizations.
Engagement Strategies: Anchors will learn best practices for fostering internal engagement, including how to encourage colleagues to participate in AGC MA events and initiatives.
Quarterly Check-Ins: The orientation will outline the process for quarterly meetings aimed at assessing firm engagement and identifying areas for increased involvement.
By the end of the orientation, Anchors will be well-prepared to streamline communication between AGC MA and their firms, ensuring a consistent and productive relationship that leverages the full benefits of membership.
Please indicate in the comment section of registration whether you will be attending live or virtually.
