510 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction Course Description: This 4-day course is an excellent construction standards survey course for individuals seeking up to date knowledge of OSHA policies, procedures and standards, as well as construction safety and health principles.
Topics include: the scope and application of the OSHA construction standards. Special emphasis is placed on those areas that are the most hazardous, using OSHA standards as a guide. Each student receives a current Code of Federal Regulations 1926 and materials related to the curriculum. Upon completion of the hourly and course requirements, the participant receives a certificate verifying course completion. OSHA 510 is also one of the prerequisite requirements for attendance at the OSHA 500 Construction Outreach Trainer Course.
