Description

BWiC invites you to join the conversation, to build connection, advance an initiative, maybe even solve a problem or two.  We are honored to welcome prominent women within the commercial construction industry to share the intentional and the serendipitous, their hero's and the villain's, the opportunities captured, lost  and set free, and what they spend far too much time doing, with their time.
We promise, it will be worth yours!

We welcome featured speaker Erin McCabe, Director of Facilities and Operations Lesley College

Erin R. McCabe is Director of Facilities and Operations at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ms. McCabe has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including as a certified general appraiser providing valuation services for retail, office, industrial, seniors housing, multi-family properties, developable land work on multi-disciplined teams engaged to assist property tax disputes, and eminent domain actions. Prior to joining Lesley, Erin held the position of the Deputy Director of Facilities Operations, with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.  Erin is a young adult survivor of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. After completing her treatment, she returned to work and finished her MBA from Northeastern University, became the first Co-chair of the BIDMC’s hospital wide Patient Family Advisory Council, and began serving in multi-capacities with The SAMFUND. In 2018, Ms. McCabe’s survivor story was featured in the documentary, “Everything Matters”. Erin is a proud graduate of Providence College where she studied Political Science and currently resides in the Dorchester section of Boston, with her husband and four-year-old daughter.

This program will be offered as a hybrid option. If you would like to attend in person at the AGC MA conference center, (limit to 25 attendees) please email Lisa Frisbie frisbie@agcmass.org. Refreshments will be served.
