AGC Members Program

We are pleased to invite AGC Members to the first meeting of the AGC Risk Forum.  The purpose of the Forum is to bring together senior construction executives (general counsel, risk managers, and senior management) who assist AGC members in managing risks and liabilities.  The first meeting of the Forum will be January 19 at 7:30 a.m. at the office of Preti Flaherty, 60 State Street.

At each meeting we will have a brief presentation (15 minutes) on a current or emerging issue, followed by a round table discussion among the forum members.  We will also have an “open discussion” where forum members can raise any issues or concerns they are dealing with, to benefit from the group’s shared experience.  We will also create a listserve, so that group members can circulate questions in the interim.

We encourage AGC members to send the individual(s) in their organization charged with risk management to join the Forum to engage in an exchange of information which may benefit all involved.
