We are pleased to invite AGC MA Members to the first 2020 meeting of the AGC MA Risk Forum. The purpose of the Forum is to bring together senior construction executives (general counsel, risk managers, and senior management) who assist AGC MA members in managing risks and liabilities.
Topic: Risk within the design build delivery model
What should GC’s do if the schedule outpaces the design development? Who is responsible for missed or incorrect scope? Where is the line between design assist and delegation of design? Join us for a discussion on the design build project delivery method and learn about the important factors when it comes to mitigating risk during design evolution and construction.
