AGC MA Risk Forum 2025

Description

We are pleased to invite AGC MA Members back for the 2025 Fall meeting of the AGC MA Risk Forum.  The purpose of the Forum is to bring together senior construction executives (general counsel, risk managers, and senior management) who assist AGC MA members in managing risks and liabilities.

AGC MA welcomes Anna Perry, SDV, to lead the round table conversation focusing on:

Navigating large losses – exchange best practices for managing large losses to best minimize risk and maximize insurance recovery

Joint Ventures – discuss the pros and cons for each option for insuring JVs and techniques for determining risk transfer between the partners and the JV

Expert Witnesses – tips for creating and updating internal procedures determining when to engage and how to manage experts, discuss techniques for preserving privilege when experts are used prior to litigation.
