Description
We are pleased to invite AGC MA Members back for the 2024 Fall meeting of the AGC MA Risk Forum. The purpose of the Forum is to bring together senior construction executives (general counsel, risk managers, and senior management) who assist AGC MA members in managing risks and liabilities.
Join us to discuss the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and cyber liability in the context of risk management. As AI becomes more integrated into construction, legal, and financial operations, it presents both opportunities and significant cyber risks. This session will explore how to navigate the emerging risks AI introduces, including data breaches, regulatory challenges, and cyber liability claims, while leveraging its potential for enhanced risk management.
